Tap the app icon on your Home Screen.
Tap Cancel.
Go to Settings.
Go to General.
Go to VPN & Device Management.
(On some versions: “Device Management” or “Profiles & Device Management”)
Under ENTERPRISE APP, tap the developer name.
Tap Trust [Developer Name].
Confirm again by tapping ‘Trust’ in the popup.
When you see the “Allow & Restart” prompt, tap it to continue.
Your iPhone will restart to complete the setup.
When you see the “Ready to Install Profile” screen, tap “Install Profile” to continue.
Go back to the Home Screen and open the app. It should now launch normally without errors.
